For the past 30 years of my serving as a counselor in various capacities, at diverse locations/ institutions and organizations, Chiricahua Community Health Centers is where, I believe that we can make, “Health for All” a reality for our community. “Health for all,” is about offering hope and healing to everyone who is willing to receive it, and I am proud to say that here at Chiricahua, we are believing, practicing, and putting all our effort towards that very goal. I have seen firsthand that there is a culture of compassion cultivating an awareness of genuine care, because this has been a longstanding cry of my heart for many years, to finally work in an environment where we can acknowledge and treat all our members in the community, as valuable human beings, worthy of life, health, and prosperity. It is an undeniable foundational principle based on scientific knowledge that confirms we are all humans connected in a magnificent way and integral parts in the success of our own existence.

Mental health is still very stigmatized in our nation. I believe Chiricahua’s mission “Health for All” is about dismantling boundaries that keep the people of Cochise County from receiving quality mental health care.

I believe in healthcare for all because I grew up without access to medical care due to the barriers created by insurance, making it difficult to seek treatment when needed. Experiencing this firsthand has shaped my understanding of the critical role healthcare plays, especially in rural Arizona, where access to quality care not only improves individual well-being but also strengthens local economies and attracts businesses. Ensuring healthcare for all is an investment in healthier communities and a more sustainable future.

I firmly believe that health care and access to it is a human right and Chiricahua’s mission of “HEALTH FOR ALL” wonderfully reflects this concept. I feel honored to be a part of an organization that is so passionate about providing care for all people regardless of cultural background, age, socio-economic status, insurance coverage, or ability to pay. As a provider, my personal mission is to be as welcoming, understanding, and helpful as possible and I feel I can practice these values best at CCHCI

I believe in the mission of Chiricahua “Health for All” because all human beings are deserving of good health. I love that Chiricahua strives to provide the very best healthcare for every individual they serve.

As healthcare providers, it is our duty to care for patients. However, sometimes financial barriers prevent people from getting the care and medications they may desperately need. Chiricahua’s mission of “Health for All” helps people overcome these barriers with many programs that assist people with getting healthcare and medications needed for prevention and treatment. I am excited to be part of the team at Chiricahua, where I can help with this mission.

I believe in the mission of Chiricahua to provide high-quality healthcare to all, regardless of their ability to pay. Chiricahua’s actions and community involvement speak volumes, and I am proud to be a part of such an amazing team!

Access to healthcare should be available to a person no matter their circumstances. Each patient deserves an exceptional level of care, compassion, and kindness. My goal is to provide a positive experience for patients when they walk in the door of CCHCI.

I believe that there should be healthcare for all. CCHCI has this mission and is doing everything to provide healthcare for everyone. I am happy to be a part of a great team that is working towards the same goal.

Providing the best patient care to all patients, not just to the patients that are within proximity but those who are in the outer areas of Cochise County. Health for All is reaching the unreachable.

Everyone has a different, personal definition of “health.” Whatever that definition may be, I believe that all of us deserve choices when it comes to our physical and mental health, as well as someone who we trust to help us navigate those choices. I work each day to offer those choices and that trust to our patients as part of Chiricahua’s mission of “Health for All.”

I believe that every individual has a fundamental human right to access comprehensive and equitable healthcare. We all share a common origin and inherent dignity, which entitles us to the care and support necessary for our well-being, regardless of our background or circumstances.

After 8 years of patient facing practice, I was eager for an opportunity where I would be able to implement my skills behind the scenes of the patient care experience to positively impact our community on a larger scale. Since joining Chiricahua my goal has been to enhance the level of care our patients receive before they are scheduled with our providers and after they leave our clinics. Our departments are always striving to do better than the day before, supporting changes to improve the satisfaction of our patients and staff, as well as fostering an environment where innovation is applauded. CCHCI has proven itself to be bursting with opportunities to fulfill one’s purpose, to make a difference in one life or the lives of many at any given moment, it’s truly a remarkable organization that I’m proud to be part of.

Everyone should be entitled to good health and to be treated with respect. Wonderful things can happen when people are truly seen and appreciated.
