Chiricahua’s mission aligns with my values and goals as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a Public Health advocate. Providing healthcare for all is essential. All children deserve affordable, competent care. The Chiricahua philosophy of combining individual and population health leads to true accessibility and is both inspiring and necessary. Chiricahua has found innovative ways to reach local communities and eliminate barriers to healthcare. I work at Chiricahua, because as we care for individuals, we focus on prevention, guidance and community level concerns. Here, we understand that children and adolescents have lives outside the exam room, and those concerns must also be addressed to provide the best possible care.

I believe in the mission of CCHCI, “HEALTH FOR ALL” because it means that we do not deny access to health care and/or mental health care to anyone regardless of race, immigration status, sex, gender and/or income. Through the different programs, CCHCI employees work together to improve individuals’ lives. CCHCI promotes a comprehensive approach that allows individual’s personal growth.

I believe in providing health care to the community. I strongly believe in education and the importance of health awareness; CCHCI strives for that and I am very happy to be able to be part of such a strong team. Working together we can raise health awareness to Cochise County and neighboring communities.

I believe in providing efficient health care and constantly seeking ways to increase access of healthcare to rural areas.  CCHCI removes the stigma attached to rural health care.  We work hard to bring the highest quality healthcare to Cochise County and beyond.
