Dr. Clinton Huston provides chiropractic care at Chiricahua Community Health Centers with a commitment to patient centered and results driven care. Dr. Huston graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 2004. After returning to Arizona, he opened Desert Mountain Chiropractic in Queen Creek where he cared for patients of all ages and backgrounds for more than 14 years.
Dr. Huston has experience in traditional chiropractic practice, personal injury care, and multi disciplinary clinics. He also founded In Home Mobile Chiropractic in 2021, expanding access to chiropractic care for individuals who benefit from services brought directly to their home.
Dr. Huston is skilled in a wide range of chiropractic techniques including manual and instrument assisted adjusting. His approach focuses on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life through safe and individualized care.
His additional services include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and assisted stretching.

Dr. D. Scott Skaggs provides patient-centered chiropractic care at Chiricahua Community Health Centers with a commitment to improving quality of life and helping patients stay active. Dr. Skaggs graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, in 1998. He went on to found Skaggs Chiropractic in Pleasant View, Utah, where he cared for patients in private practice for over 28 years before joining the Chiricahua team.
Dr. Skaggs has experience with a wide range of chiropractic techniques, offering personalized care for patients of all ages—from newborns to older adults. His clinical expertise includes advanced training in treating auto accident injuries and whiplash, as well as specialized training in NAET for allergy treatment.
Taking a practical, evidence-based approach, Dr. Skaggs focuses on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and helping each patient reach their individual health goals. Dr. Skaggs is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has been in private practice for over 28 years. He has experience with a number of Chiropractic techniques. He enjoys treating patients of all ages ranging from 1 day old to 104 years old to reduce pain, improve mobility, and stay active. He believes in taking a practical, patient-centered approach to care and helping each patient reach their individual health goals. He enjoys helping people get back to doing the things they love and finds satisfaction in seeing patients quality of life improve.
He is excited to be part of Chiricahua Community Health Centers and its "Health for All" mission. He believes everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare and enjoys working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for the community.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Skaggs enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children and grand-daughter, hiking, biking, traveling, van camping, exploring nature, and any chance to go to the beach.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND:
Dr. Skaggs attended Bakersfield College in Bakersfield, California and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1998. He has advanced training in treating auto accident injuries and whiplash as well as specialized training with NAET used for treating allergies.
Dr. Skaggs founded Skaggs Chiropractic in Pleasant View, Utah in 1999 and recently sold his practice to join the Chiricahua Community Health Center.
