Jazmine'S BACKGROUND

I was raised in Agua Prieta, Sonora, and Douglas, AZ. After graduating from high school, I moved to Phoenix to attend Arizona State University, where I completed both of my degrees. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various social work roles, including hospice care, private practice, equine-assisted psychotherapy, an inpatient psychiatric facility, and a college counseling center. I am passionate about being a social worker and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals from all walks of life. I am excited to return to Douglas and have the opportunity to serve the community where I grew up.

Founded in 1996 as a small, rural health clinic operating in a community center, Chiricahua has since grown to become the largest primary care organization in southeastern Arizona, serving more than 33,000 patients annually. Chiricahua operates fifteen fixed-site medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy clinics, and eight mobile-medical and mobile-dental units, that serve patients throughout the more than 6200 square mile borderlands of Cochise County.
