I firmly believe that health care and access to it is a human right and Chiricahua’s mission of “HEALTH FOR ALL” wonderfully reflects this concept. I feel honored to be a part of an organization that is so passionate about providing care for all people regardless of cultural background, age, socio-economic status, insurance coverage, or ability to pay. As a provider, my personal mission is to be as welcoming, understanding, and helpful as possible and I feel I can practice these values best at CCHCI
I was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. I am a proud dog mom of a heeler/catahoula mix, a pembroke welsh corgi, and an all-black pug. My favorite things to do include reading books, watching movies, going to rock concerts, and staying active. I play on a competitive women’s rugby team for regular fun and exercise. Rugby is my favorite sport of all time and being able to play all the years that I have has really given me such wonderful experiences and a beautiful community to be a part of.
I am an eager and avid learner and welcome opportunities that challenge my thinking and thought processes. I aim to continuously grow and strive to be the best version of myself that I can be.
Education: I am a Wildcat times three! All of my degrees were obtained in Tucson, Arizona at the University of Arizona and are as follows:
Bachelor of Science- Family Studies and Human Development
Master of Science- Master of Science for Entry to the Profession of Nursing
Doctor of Nursing Practice- Pediatric Special
PATIENTS SEEN (AGES): birth- 21 years of age.
LANGUAGES SPOKEN: English
PRACTICE INTERESTS: Adolescent and Transgender health and wellness.
