Nutritional Care

Chiricahua Community Health Centers has a registered dietitian to help you eat better and stay healthy. A registered dietitian knows a lot about food and nutrition. Additionally, they can guide you to improve your health.

Our dietitians can help with different health issues. For example, if you have diabetes, heart disease, or other conditions, they can create a diet plan just for you. Moreover, they will help you pick the right foods and form healthy eating habits.

Our dietitians also offer one-on-one talks about your diet. During these sessions, you can discuss your food habits and get personalized advice. Furthermore, they will help you plan meals that fit your life and health goals. They also provide tips on how much to eat and what kinds of food are best.

You can meet our dietitian at several Chiricahua locations. These include the Benson Family Health Center, Ginger Ryan Clinic in Douglas, and the Pediatric Center of Excellence in Douglas. Similarly, we also have services in Sierra Vista for both adults and kids.
