CCHCI has established a variety of employee benefit programs designed to assist you and your eligible dependents in meeting the financial burdens that can result from illness, disability, and death, and to help you plan for retirement. Currently, CCHCI pays 80 – 96% of the cost of health insurance coverage for employees and their dependent children only. Employees may elect to cover their spouse at their own expense.
The following benefit programs are available to all regular full time employees (working 30 or more hours per week) on the first of the month following 60 days of continuous service:
Retirement Program
CCHCI provides employees with the option to contribute a portion of their income on a pre-tax or Roth basis to a 403b Plan. Employees are eligible to enroll in the plan upon hire. After one year of service, CCHCI provides up to a 3% matching contribution for participants in the 403b plan.
Tuition Assistance
CCHCI has established an educational assistance program to help eligible employees develop their skills and upgrade their performance. All regular full-time employees who have completed a minimum of one year of service are eligible to participate in the program.
Paid Time Off
CCHCI provides eligible employees with Paid Time Off (PTO) for purposes of vacation, illness, disability, or personal reasons. PTO may only be used after it becomes available.
Holidays
If you are an individual with a disability and require accommodation to complete any part of the application process, are limited in ability, or unable to access or use the online application process and need an alternative method for applying, you may contact us.
CCHCI provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, genetic information, citizenship status, disability or any other legally protected status. We prohibit discrimination in decisions concerning recruitment, hiring, compensation, benefits, training, termination, promotions, or any other condition of employment or career development.
