Board Member JOINED CCHCI IN 2023 Why I Believe in the Mission of CCHCI

Having lived and worked in remote areas and areas with limited medical services, I recognize the value of the services that CCHCI provides to both rural and urban areas of Cochise County. Ensuring that health services are
available to all members of our community is very important, and a service to the community as a whole.

Chris'S BACKGROUND

I was raised in a ranching community in northern Cochise County. I received
degrees in agriculture and law from the University of Arizona. I practiced
law in Cochise County for over twenty years before working in other
jurisdictions. After retiring from law practice, I returned to Cochise County
and now reside with my wife in Douglas.

Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. is a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center and a tax exempt not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1996 as a small, rural health clinic operating in a community center, Chiricahua has since grown to become the largest primary care organization in southeastern Arizona, serving more than 31,000 patients annually. Chiricahua operates fifteen fixed-site medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy clinics, and eight mobile-medical and mobile-dental units, that serve patients throughout the more than 6200 square mile borderlands of Cochise County.
