A major milestone in local healthcare has arrived. The Chirichaua Willcox Clinic has officially received final approval to begin welcoming patients, expanding access to primary care services for individuals and families in the Willcox area.

This new clinic strengthens healthcare options in Cochise County by bringing dependable, local medical services closer to home.
The Chiricahua Willcox Clinic represents years of planning, collaboration, and commitment from partners across the region. Support from the City of Willcox, the office of Mark Kelly, the Del E. Webb Foundation, and many others made this project possible.
Their combined efforts reflect a shared goal of improving access to healthcare for rural communities.
On December 19, Santa and Mrs. Claus visited the clinic to place a ribbon on the new space, celebrating it as a lasting gift for the community.
The official ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on January 6, 2026.
Once open, the Chiricahua Willcox Clinic will offer a full range of primary care services designed to meet the needs of local families. For a growing community where traveling long distances for medical care is common, having reliable healthcare nearby makes a meaningful difference in daily life and long-term health.
The clinic helps reduce barriers to care while supporting healthier outcomes for people of all ages.
The opening of the Chiricahua Willcox Clinic reflects the strength of community collaboration and shared purpose. It stands as a long-term investment in the health and wellbeing of Willcox and surrounding areas, supporting families today and generations to come.
