Lisa Tant, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, comprehensive primary care to adult patients at Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. (CCHCI). She cares for patients at the Sierra Vista Adults Clinic in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
Lisa holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Her practice focuses on routine adult wellness exams, chronic disease management, preventative care, and acute illness treatment.
