Dr. Skaggs is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He has been in private practice for over 28 years. He has experience with a number of Chiropractic techniques. He enjoys treating patients of all ages ranging from 1 day old to 104 years old to reduce pain, improve mobility, and stay active. He believes in taking a practical, patient-centered approach to care and helping each patient reach their individual health goals. He enjoys helping people get back to doing the things they love and finds satisfaction in seeing patients quality of life improve.
He is excited to be part of Chiricahua Community Health Centers and its “Health for All” mission. He believes everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare and enjoys working alongside other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for the community.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Skaggs enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children and grand-daughter, hiking, biking, traveling, van camping, exploring nature, and any chance to go to the beach.
Dr. Skaggs attended Bakersfield College in Bakersfield, California and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1998. He has advanced training in treating auto accident injuries and whiplash as well as specialized training with NAET used for treating allergies.
Dr. Skaggs founded Skaggs Chiropractic in Pleasant View, Utah in 1999 and recently sold his practice to join the Chiricahua Community Health Center.

Founded in 1996 as a small, rural health clinic operating in a community center, Chiricahua has since grown to become the largest primary care organization in southeastern Arizona, serving more than 35,000 patients annually. Chiricahua operates fifteen fixed-site medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy clinics, and five mobile-medical and mobile-dental units, that serve patients throughout the more than 6200 square mile borderlands of Cochise County.
