Amy Gabrielski, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Chiricahua Community Health Centers, providing compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health care to individuals and families in Cochise County.
As part of Chiricahua’s integrated healthcare team, Amy works with patients to support their emotional well-being and overall health. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care.
