With the new school year and sports seasons right around the corner, it is time to make sure our local student-athletes are healthy, safe, and cleared to play!
At Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. (CCHCI), we are dedicated to keeping our community’s youth active and thriving. To help families prepare for the upcoming season, we are bringing FREE sports physicals directly to local middle and high schools across the region throughout July and August!

We are hitting the road to make getting your student’s physical as convenient as possible. Check out our remaining school visit schedule:
To ensure a smooth and quick visit for everyone, please keep these important guidelines in mind:
If you can’t make it to one of our school events—or if your local school isn’t on the list—there is no need to worry!
You can schedule an appointment at any of our convenient clinic sites, such as our Willcox or Benson locations. All annual youth wellness visits at Chiricahua include a free sports physical as part of the check-up. It’s the perfect way to get your child’s routine health screening completed while also getting their sports clearance form signed!
Spaces for our school visits fill up quickly, and our clinic schedules are booking fast as the school year approaches.
To schedule your student’s sports physical at an upcoming school event or to book a wellness visit at one of our clinics, please call us at 520-364-1429 today! Let’s work together to make this a safe, healthy, and successful sports season.
