I believe deeply in our mission of “Health for All” because healthcare should never be determined by a person’s income, background, or circumstances. I have worked in the CHC/FQHC for most of my post-collegiate career and have worked with many health centers across the nation that support similar missions. I am very excited to be a part of an organization that believes so strongly in serving the community in which they reside regardless of a patient’s ability to pay and has so many staff members that work towards that same mission.
I was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, where I still live today. Springfield is the third-largest city in Missouri, behind St. Louis and Kansas City. Located in the beautiful Ozarks of southwest Missouri, it is about an hour from both the Arkansas and Kansas borders. My wife, Jessica, and I have been married since 2018. We have two children, Burkley (5) and Archer (2), along with our 11-year-old rescue mutt, Charlie. Most of our extended family lives in or around Springfield, and we love spending evenings and weekends together with family and friends.
I am a big foodie and love trying new types of food and in that same spirit I like to bake sourdough bread and treats. Our family likes to stay busy, whether that means socializing with friends, visiting the zoo, shopping, or finding new adventures on the weekends. I am also an avid audiobook listener and participate in two book clubs. As a highly social person, I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know them.
Before joining Chiricahua, I worked at Forvis Mazars, a top-ten accounting and advisory firm. I have been working with Chiricahua in a consulting capacity since November 2024, which has given me the opportunity to get to know the finance team well, along with colleagues across several other departments. I visited Cochise County as a consultant in April 2025 and again in May 2026, where I had the chance to tour many of our facilities and experience the community firsthand. Those visits reinforced what makes Chiricahua special, and I am excited to officially be part of this organization and its mission.
