CCHCI News | Holiday Message from Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc.

This Thanksgiving, as tables fill with food and laughter throughout Cochise County, we pause to honor the people who often miss those gatherings so that others may enjoy them: the more than 400 dedicated healthcare workers of Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc.
From early morning calls to late-night emergencies, our team continues to serve with humility, compassion, and great heart. Whether on the front lines of our clinics, behind the scenes keeping operations running, or out on the road in our mobile medical units — these individuals are the heartbeat of healthcare in Cochise County.

Our nurses, doctors, medical assistants, front‑desk staff, custodians, lab technicians, behavioral health specialists, pharmacy teams, and mobile‑clinic operators show up day after day with passion and excitement to serve, and never more so than over the holidays. We couldn’t do what we do without their expertise, their care, and the love they bring to this community. Every call answered, every patient tended, every prescription prepared, and every clinic organized reflects the commitment and heart of the people who make CCHCI possible. We are grateful for each of them, not just for their work, but for the spirit of service that guides it.
As we honor our team and enjoy the holidays ourselves, it’s also a good time to share some practical reminders to help everyone stay safe and healthy over the season. These simple tips can help keep your holiday gatherings happy and prevent an unexpected trip to the ER:
