Staff perception of adolescent-centered care within their clinic
Provider comfort and confidence in caring for adolescents
Provider and staff knowledge of and attitudes toward confidentiality and minor consent laws

Chiricahua Community Health Centers and Affirm Sexual and Reproductive Health partner together using the University of Michigan’s Adolescent Champion Model to serve teen healthcare needs.

Our services include check-ups, vaccinations, counseling, and mental health support, all provided with compassion and respect. Together with Affirm, we’re committed to empowering teens with the care they need during this important stage of life.

Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. is a mission driven Federally Qualified Health Center and a tax exempt not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1996 as a small, rural health clinic operating in a community center, Chiricahua has since grown to become the largest primary care organization in southeastern Arizona, serving more than 35,000 patients annually. Chiricahua operates fifteen fixed-site medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy clinics, and five mobile-medical and mobile-dental units, that serve patients throughout the more than 6200 square mile borderlands of Cochise County.
