Why I Believe in the Mission of CCHCI

I strongly believe in the mission of Chiricahua Community Health Centers to provide “Healthcare for all” regardless of their agility to pay. As health professionals, we have the ability and opportunity to make a difference in individuals lives through exceptional and compassionate health care regardless of their race, ethnicity, or age. I am honored to work alongside a group of passionate individuals dedicated in their work to improve our community’s well-being.

RANDALL’S BACKGROUND

Having been born & raised in the small tight-niched community of Douglas, AZ with close ties to Agua Prieta Sonora, I observed a strong-willed community who was consistently pressured by overwhelming disparities. This quickly developed a passion to help & serve my community throughout grade school & later into a career in healthcare.

I attended undergraduate & pharmacy school at the University of Arizona. After graduating from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona, my passion for ambulatory care lead me to complete a residency with San Jose Clinic and Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. During his time I gained much experience in co-managing a variety of diseases and worked closely with patients to improve their overall health.
