Antoinette Martinez is a professional counselor providing compassionate mental health and substance use support for patients ages 6 through adulthood. Since joining Chiricahua in 2023, she has been dedicated to helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered in their health journey.
Antoinette believes that everyone deserves to be heard and to live a healthy life. She values creating a supportive environment where patients feel safe making decisions about their care, knowing they have a team walking alongside them every step of the way.
A Sierra Vista native, Antoinette brings a deep understanding of the local community into her work. Her life experiences and the people who invested in her growth inspired her to give back by helping others build healthier, stronger lives.
She focuses on meeting patients where they are, offering guidance, tools, and encouragement tailored to each individual’s needs.

Founded in 1996 as a small, rural health clinic operating in a community center, Chiricahua has since grown to become the largest primary care organization in southeastern Arizona, serving more than 35,000 patients annually. Chiricahua operates fifteen fixed-site medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmacy clinics, and five mobile-medical and mobile-dental units, that serve patients throughout the more than 6200 square mile borderlands of Cochise County.
