JOINED CCHCI IN 2024

Why I Believe in the Mission of CCHCI

Health for all means ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to the care and resources needed to live a healthy life. It involves working together to remove barriers and prioritize the health of all community members, while providing compassionate, high-quality services

JAZMINE’S BACKGROUND

I was raised in Agua Prieta, Sonora, and Douglas, AZ. After graduating from high school, I moved to Phoenix to attend Arizona State University, where I completed both of my degrees. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations in various social work roles, including hospice care, private practice, equine-assisted psychotherapy, an inpatient psychiatric facility, and a college counseling center. I am passionate about being a social worker and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals from all walks of life. I am excited to return to Douglas and have the opportunity to serve the community where I grew up.
