At Chiricahua, our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program brings medical and behavioral health providers together to support your overall well-being. IBH providers offer practical guidance to improve both your physical and mental health.
We also provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals facing substance use or chronic pain. MAT combines counseling with Buprenorphine (Suboxone) to support long-term recovery.
At Chiricahua, our counseling services offer a welcoming, confidential space where individuals and families can feel heard and supported. Our caring, licensed counselors work with patients ages 6 and older to help navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. We focus on building trust, strengthening coping skills, and supporting healing at your own pace. Whether you are dealing with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, or behavioral concerns, our team is here to walk alongside you and support your overall well being.
Chiricahua offers psychiatric medication management for patients who may benefit from medications as part of their mental health care. They specialize in evaluating mental health symptoms, prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications, and ensuring those medications are working safely and effectively. They carefully watch for side effects, symptom changes, and potential interactions with other medical medications a patient may be taking.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners work closely with counselors and medical providers to support the whole person. This team based approach helps address mental health conditions while also supporting overall physical health and long term stability.

My experiences of living all over the world encouraged me to be interested in working with people from all walks of life. Having worked with both children and adults in both a crisis and chronic case management setting I feel very passionate about my ability to assist people with all mental health questions and concerns.
I enjoy spending time with my two wonderful children, 14 and 16, my awesome husband of two years, and all the wonderful family I have located in the area. Studying for my doctorate program has taken away all of my hobbies but my faith and my love of travel still hold a special place in my heart.

This organization was founded on the principle of bringing quality health care to even the most needy and vulnerable. While anyone can experience behavioral health difficulties, it is especially prevalent among those with the least access to essential resources. I love that Chiricahua can help bring these essential services to those who need it most.

For the past 30 years of my serving as a counselor in various capacities, at diverse locations/ institutions and organizations, Chiricahua Community Health Centers is where, I believe that we can make, “Health for All” a reality for our community. “Health for all,” is about offering hope and healing to everyone who is willing to receive it, and I am proud to say that here at Chiricahua, we are believing, practicing, and putting all our effort towards that very goal.
