With Chiricahua’s new InteliChart Patient Portal, you can connect with your doctor through a convenient, safe, and secure environment via the internet. Patients can:
- Request appointments with your provider
- Exchange secure messaging with medical and dental providers.
- Request medication refills.
- Decrease in-office wait time by completing forms online
If you are not enrolled in either our previous or current patient portal, Please call (520) 364 – 1429 to request your pin number.
Once you have received your pin number for either or your child, you can create your new patient portal account.

- Create a profile using your email address and create a password
- Enter the provided pin number
- Create your account
You can also find the Intelichart app in either the App Store for iPhone users or the Google Play Store for Android users. Search for “InteliChart” in either store and then download the app to your phone.
