Why I Believe in the Mission of CCHCI
The mission statement is simple and clear: CARING FOR PATIENTS and BUILDING HEALTHY COMMUNITIES. It’s truly reflected in each person associated with the Chiricahua family. I am eager to join in, learn from, and help reach this great vision…
HEALTH FOR ALL.
NORI'S BACKGROUND
I came to Chiricahua having spent most of my career in central and western Pennsylvania, caring for the young patients and their parents, and enjoying the immense rewards, trust and the special relationships with each family as a general pediatrician in these small towns. But my great passion is to continue supporting medical missions with a ministry nearby serving the Tarahumara and Pima peoples in north central Mexico. In just a short time here in Cochise County, I have been so impressed with all the levels of this organization, the mission and motivation to help the various groups and the families here, and the vision and creativity to reach each individual to meet his or her health need

Why I Believe in the Mission of CCHCI
I believe that every individual has a fundamental human right to access comprehensive and equitable healthcare. We all share a common origin and inherent dignity, which entitles us to the care and support necessary for our well-being, regardless of our background or circumstances.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Gio, and we share our home with two playful pugs who brighten our lives. Family is incredibly important to me, and I hold strong family values that guide my decisions and actions. In my personal life, I am passionate about exercise, and it remains one of my main hobbies. My husband and I love planning fitness-focused activities for our community, combining our love for wellness and connection.
As a registered dietitian, I have had the privilege of working in various fields, including the medical, research, and community sectors. My expertise lies in disease prevention, particularly in metabolic and chronic diseases through nutrition. My dream has always been to help as many people as possible improve their lifestyle through the power of nutrition. I am dedicated to helping individuals make lasting changes to their health and well-being. My long-term goals include continually growing as a registered dietitian, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, and excelling in my career. Additionally, one of my dreams is to travel the world and experience diverse cultures, while continuing to combine my passion for health, wellness, and nutrition in both my professional and personal life.
