“Did you know that in 2017 U.S. healthcare spending reached $3.3 trillion?” said Daniella Reidmiller, Cochise Health & Social Services Health Policy Manager. “With 65 percent of the U.S. adult population heading to work every week, workplaces are effective settings in which to help address individual and community health. If workers and their families improve their wellbeing, healthcare spending could potentially be lowered.”
The Healthy Arizona Worksites Program helps to provide businesses with accessible resources and information to support the creation of healthy initiatives for their employees, worksites, and the community.
